What we collect
To make and deliver your order we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, the delivery address you enter (only when you choose delivery) and the photos you upload for your magnets. We also store the items, prices and shipping option of your order.
Why we collect it
Only to produce your order, contact you about it, deliver it and send you status updates. We never sell your data and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Payments
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are handled on a secure external payment page. We never see or store your card number.
Your photos
Uploaded photos are stored in private storage that is not publicly reachable, are used only to print your magnets, and are deleted on request or within 90 days of your order being delivered.
Order tracking link
Your tracking page uses a secret link sent to your email. Anyone with that link can see the order, so please keep it private.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your details and photos at any time by replying to your order confirmation email. We keep basic order records only as long as needed for accounting.
